Job Description
A Product Manager is responsible for planning, strategizing, and overseeing the development and launch of a product. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to define the product vision and roadmap. The Product Manager conducts market research, identifies customer needs, and analyzes competitor products to guide product development decisions. They define product requirements, create user stories, and work closely with designers and engineers to ensure the product meets quality standards. The Product Manager also manages the product lifecycle, monitors performance metrics, and gathers feedback to continuously improve the product.
Key skills for this role include strong project management, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the target market and user needs. Prior experience in product management and knowledge of agile methodologies are highly desired.
