Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the product strategy, aligning with the overall business goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure product competitiveness.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless and efficient development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and data scientists, to define product requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather customer feedback and insights, incorporating them into product enhancements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product features and improvements.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from inception to retirement, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance in the market.
- Define and prioritize product features based on market demand, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in product management, with a focus on SaaS or subscription-based products.
- Proven experience (5 years) in App development.
- Expertise in Python, PBI, and C#.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
