Job Description
- Digital lending products development focused towards MSMEs.
- Growth & Portfolio management, business projections for SME Digital Lending products.
- Digital Lending performance analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
Strategic Growth Lead:
- Define and execute a strategic growth plan for the Merchant and MSME Lending portfolio, aligning with organizational objectives and market dynamics.
Digital Product Development:
- Development of digital products starting from product white papers to Preparation of product program guides. Development of digital lending products and integration with existing customer facing channels.
User Segmentation and Profiling:
- Lead efforts to segment and profile users, employing data-driven insights to tailor lending products and services.
