Job Description
As a Product Manager in our digital commerce team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our online platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring that our digital offerings meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to implement product strategies and ensure the project aligns with business goals.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Define product roadmaps, communicate project milestones, and manage product lifecycle.
- Analyze user feedback, data, and metrics to continuously optimize product performance.
- Communicate with all business segments to effectively monitor and enhance digital products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Management or Computer Science and Software Engineer.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in product management and e-commerce development.
- Strong understanding of software development and digital consumer marketplaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
