Job Description
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in product management, experience in HRIS or productivity tools preferred.
- Proven success in developing and launching tech products.
- Familiarity with APIs, workflows, and PRD creation.
- Strong team player.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch to meet clients’ digital transformation goals.
- Write clear and comprehensive PRDs for user experience and technical specifications.
- Plan and manage API data workflows for seamless integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and prioritize features.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and industry analysis for informed decisions.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
