Job Description

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in product management, experience in HRIS or productivity tools preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and launching tech products.
  • Familiarity with APIs, workflows, and PRD creation.
  • Strong team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch to meet clients’ digital transformation goals.
  • Write clear and comprehensive PRDs for user experience and technical specifications.
  • Plan and manage API data workflows for seamless integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and prioritize features.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and industry analysis for informed decisions.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
