Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Product Manager at SPERTON, you will lead the definition and prioritization of product features, conduct market research, develop business cases, and ensure successful product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features and design elements, maintaining comprehensive roadmaps.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and develop business cases for product investments.
- Gather requirements from tech, sales, and end-users to ensure successful product launches.
- Own user experiences, develop prototypes, and optimize product functionalities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in InsurTech.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Proven ability in market research, data analysis, and ROI analyses.
- Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and experience in product roadmap development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
