Job Description
The Product Owner (Pro-active Pipeline) is responsible for managing and optimizing the product development process to ensure a constant flow of innovative products in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify product needs.
- Developing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring deliverables meet customer requirements.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams such as development, design, and marketing to execute product plans.
- Managing the product release process and conducting regular product reviews.
- Monitoring and analyzing product metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product growth.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record in product management, strong strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Technical expertise and familiarity with Agile methodologies are also required.
