Job Description
BreakThru is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner/Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the product development process and ensuring successful software delivery. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Tracking product development progress and software delivery
- Working closely with software engineers
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Defining the vision for the team’s product
- Creating a product roadmap based on the vision
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks
- Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
- Developing user stories
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to provide updates
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
- Working with go-to-market teams to create product collateral
- Understanding and addressing customer pain points
Candidacy Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Product Owner in a software house
- Portfolio of design projects, preferably mobile apps
- Knowledge of Jira and project management tools
- Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders
- Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field (advantageous)

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi: Ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Product Manager/Owner: 4 years (Preferred)
