- Market and User Research: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, user preferences, and customer needs using surveys, interviews, and competitor analysis.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data from diverse sources to derive valuable insights.
- User Persona Development: Create detailed user personas based on research findings for product development.
- Competitive Analysis: Identify market opportunities by analyzing competitors’ products.
- Product Testing: Organize product testing for user feedback and product enhancement.
- Product Roadmap Contribution: Offer insights to influence the product roadmap.
- Report Preparation: Communicate research findings and recommendations through clear reports.
- Feedback Loop Management: Establish mechanisms to integrate customer feedback into product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Proven experience in product or user research.
- Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with usability testing and UX principles.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects.
