Job Description
A Product Specialist is responsible for understanding and promoting a specific product or group of products within a company. As a Product Specialist, you will collaborate with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to develop product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product to customers.
Your main tasks will include conducting market research, analyzing competitor products, identifying customer needs, and providing product training to both internal teams and external clients.
