Job Description
We are seeking a Product Specialist to be the product expert supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. You will deliver product demonstrations and training, gather and analyze customer feedback, translate insights into requirements, assist with launch planning, and maintain competitive awareness.
- Minimum 2 years in product support, technical sales, or product management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical ability; experience with CRM and product tools
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
