What is Product Specialist Future Lending – JazzCash?

The Product Specialist Future Lending will have responsibilities of understanding and implementing the product management, growth and analytics and design thinking Learning. The role involves the development and management of top tier lending products, Invoice factoring and other embedded finance product variants.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing and expanding the product proposition, developing product iterations, and enhancing customer experience across the JazzCash App, USSD, and call center channels.

The role reports directly to the Manager Products – Digital Lending.

What Product Specialist Future Lending does?

• Conceptualization of new products under the umbrella of future digital Lending, management of product lifecycle from ideation to requirement finalization to launch.
• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize feature development of current products based on JazzCash business objectives, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Regularly generate insights and portfolio analytics to drive the lending products as per strategy.
• Perform sub-segmentation, performance monitoring, and design/execution of adoption and collection initiatives with a data centric approach.
• Identify new products and optimize our existing products, write business requirement documents, work with the product design team to deliver a world class user experience, work with technology and external partners for project scoping, planning and execution.
• Collaborate with sales, channels, marketing, and growth teams to develop a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to create awareness and generate interests in the new products.
• Implement methods for continuous monitoring of product performance and making enhancement, configurations or any other developments required to meet the ad-hoc and regulatory requirements. 
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to make data-driven improvements by utilization of wide range of mediums such as surveys, market visits, UI/UX usability studies etc.
• Design products with scalability in mind to accommodate potential growth in user base and transaction volume.
• Tracking the performance of key business KPIs and ensure current product offerings and services run smoothly through support & maintenance of all departments involved.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Future Lending?

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s in Management Sciences/Economics/Business Analytics
• 0-1 years of experience in Segments/Portfolio Management/Digital Products & Platforms (good to have)
• Knowledge of Fintech & digital banking industry landscape, product lifecycle management and product analytics.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Mixpanel, would be a plus.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills to understand trends and expert at handling datasets.
