Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to user inquiries via email, tickets, and phone, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Assist users in navigating the Rozee.pk platform, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.
- Document user interactions and resolutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct research to identify patterns and trends in user inquiries for ongoing product improvements.
- Uphold commitment to exceptional customer service and user satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively and seek opportunities for self-improvement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in email writing and call handling.
- Fresh graduates in Computer Science, Business, or Media field preferred.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
