Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure rapid iteration and high-quality delivery of business requirements.
- Lead technical improvements related to business quality and stability.
- Participate in product requirements and architecture design reviews, assess the overall technical architecture’s rationality and testability, and write complete test cases.
- Design and develop testing tools tailored to the product to optimize the testing process.
- Resolve complex technical issues encountered during testing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of software testing experience.
- Strong test design skills and problem-solving instincts.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex issues and draft test reports.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language like Java or Python.
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL and non-relational databases like Redis.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and common middleware usage.
- Previous experience in the Finance industry is preferred.
