Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implements production strategies on site to ensure the business delivers the Product Service Offer (PSO).
- Liaises with Cluster Manager, Operations N/w, Distribution Engineer, Customer Service centre teams to assess Product Service Offer (PSO) and develop detailed improvement plan.
- Identifies, prioritizes, and implements cost-reduction measures in all areas of production.
- Ensures production activities meet POL’s Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) standards and national legislative requirements.
- Shares best risk management practices, identifies competency gaps, and develops training programmes.
- Keeps team members engaged and motivated through feedback and identifying areas of improvement.
- Delivers safety implementation plan on-site to minimize injuries and accidents through leading indicators analysis.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of shop floor experience in Operations.
