Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all departments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about animation and production management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of animation projects.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and production timelines.
- Maintain and update project tracking documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure all production materials are prepared and delivered on time.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Support the production team with administrative tasks.
