Job Description
We are seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee order allocation, stock management, and supplier relationships for an efficient supply chain. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor order status and resolve processing issues promptly.
- Utilize forecasting tools to predict stock needs and collaborate with procurement.
- Coordinate with CS team to allocate orders based on merchant requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers, prioritize urgent orders, and maintain quality standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Inventory management and supply chain coordination experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
