Job Description

Production Engineer is responsible for carrying out, following, and developing production and maintenance activities; ensuring efficient implementation of the planned production program. The role includes organizing training for foremen, operators, and technicians, providing employee management and supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement protective and preventive maintenance programs to ensure machine compliance.
• Ensure the realization of the planned production program.
• Carry out production according to defined process standards and take actions to improve processes.
• Ensure material yields are within company standards.
• Develop work safety procedures and ensure adherence by the supervised team.
• Organize machine maintenance based on plans.
• Conduct criteria assessments, prepare performance reports, and implement necessary corrective-preventive actions for continuous improvement.
• Determine training needs for foremen, operators, and technicians.
• Ensure the supervised team follows safety procedures and rules.
• Manage the line OPEX budget and equipment investment projects.
• Improve production methods to enhance package and product quality.
• Manage spare parts stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and 6S rules.
• Minimize production costs and losses.
• Implement Quality, Food Safety, and HSE management systems.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent).

Required Skills:

The candidate must possess good communication and soft skills, along with technical, maintenance, and operational experience of Husky Injection Molding Machines. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
