Responsibilities:
- RM & PM Sourcing to procure new vendors
- Negotiation for pricing
- Production planning and data execution
- Analyze production operations
- Cost and manpower optimization
- Recipe Management in SAP S4 HANA
- Merchandising at branch level
- Data and trend analysis
Experience:
- 4-5 years in food manufacturing
- Costing and recipe knowledge
- SAP Production Planning expertise
