Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Lahore District. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of furniture products. They will execute the production schedule, ensure quality control measures are met, and supervise the production team.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in furniture manufacturing, production scheduling, and project management
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Experience in managing a team and supervisory skills
- Proficient in using computer software and tools for scheduling and inventory control
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management or related field
- Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
