We offer a variety of customizations such as Sublimation Printing, Embroidery, Digital Printing, Screen Printing, Puff Printing, and Chenille patches, and can produce a range of garments.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee production operations, ensure the production processes are efficient and cost-effective, and manage the team of production staff. The Production Manager will also be responsible for maintaining product quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and meeting production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, preferably in the garment manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Experience in managing a team of production staff
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field
- Familiarity with customized apparel manufacturing would be a plus
