Role Description
We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee our cut-to-pack unit with 60-70 machines. Responsibilities include planning, supervising production, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production targets.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in garments production
- Ability to manage multiple production lines
- Proficiency in production planning and quality control
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
