Job Description
La He Trading International Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee the entire production process of our electric bikes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, enforce quality control standards, and manage cost efficiency. In addition, this role includes supervising after-sales service operations, such as warranty management and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct production activities in line with sales forecasts.
- Oversee assembly line operations and implement effective quality control measures.
- Manage warranty claims and maintain spare parts inventory.
- Address customer complaints and resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in electric bikes.
