Qualifications:
- Experience in production management, staff supervision, and quality control
- Knowledge of textile processes and manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of ISO standards (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or related field
