Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to oversee the production operations at our factory in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of raw materials, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high standards of product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials.
- Oversee the production process and ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust them as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure that all production activities comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Train and supervise production staff, ensuring that they are properly skilled and motivated.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of production equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
