Job Description
Nextech Packages is actively seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee all gravure printing production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal output, maintaining product quality, delivering on time, and achieving cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules.
- Effectively allocate resources across production teams.
- Supervise machine operators to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Requirements: A DAE, B.Tech, or BE in a relevant field, with 7 to 12 years of experience in the flexible packaging or gravure printing industry, including at least 3 years in a management role.
