Job Description
Job Purpose:
This position will be responsible for overseeing our manufacturing operations in the gases industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production management, a thorough understanding of medical and industrial gases production processes, and a commitment to ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in production.
Key Accountabilities / Deliverables:
- Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage inventory levels effectively to meet production demands.
- Implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics for timely delivery.
- Integrate new technologies to boost productivity and quality.
- Uphold strict quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain product integrity.
- Cultivate a safety-first culture among production staff.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 10 to 12 years of proven experience in gases manufacturing sector.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in production planning and regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
