Job Description
Technics Garments is in search of an experienced Production Manager to lead our production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically planning and managing the production schedule to ensure efficiency and timely target achievement. Key responsibilities include resource allocation, guiding production teams, setting performance expectations, identifying production bottlenecks, and collaborating with the supply chain to guarantee timely availability of materials.
The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a production management role. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs130,00.00 to Rs170,00.00. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Sialkot Gpo.
