Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Officer to support manufacturing operations, maintain quality control, and coordinate production schedules to meet targets. Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, enforcing safety and quality standards, optimizing workflows, preparing performance reports, and liaising with maintenance and procurement teams. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or production, has 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and is proficient with production software. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement and ensure efficient, compliant production processes.
