Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Officer to manage daily manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, and enhance production efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and output to meet delivery targets.
- Maintain and optimize equipment, coordinating preventive maintenance.
- Enforce safety and quality standards, driving continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and report key performance metrics to management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
