Responsibilities include managing production schedules, mentoring team members, and diagnosing operational issues. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of production planning and a proven ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in production operations, including leadership roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for success in this position.
