Job Description
A Production Planner is responsible for coordinating and planning production operations to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of the final products. The main duties include developing production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing strategies to optimize production processes.
The ideal candidate must have effective communication and organizational skills to liaise with different departments and maintain smooth production flow. They should have a strong understanding of production principles, supply chain management, and demand forecasting.
Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, experience in production planning or a similar role, and proficiency in using production planning software.
