Job Description

Job Purpose: To ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and control of all production activities to meet customer demands, quality standards, and delivery timelines in a surgical instruments manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedules and coordinate with sales and procurement teams.
- Monitor production processes for compliance with schedules and quality standards.
- Prepare regular production performance reports (KPIs).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in production planning in a surgical instruments or medical devices environment.
