Job Description
Haier is seeking passionate professionals to join our Planning, Material, and Purchasing Functions. Take on a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and on-time production.
Responsibilities:
Planning Section:
1- Model wise Capacity Planning for REF 1 and REF 2 based on yearly sales forecast
2- Data modeling for OPSI, CKD, and 3rd Source ordering as per T-3 Plan
3- Coordinate with Import and 3rd Source for timely deliveries
4- Lead Weekly Plan lock, Monthly Stoke Take, and material reconciliation
Material Section:
1- Ensure materials availability for daily production
2- Collaborate with stakeholders for on-time material supply
3- Utilize overage material, manage pickups for 100% delivery
Purchase Section:
1- Share monthly plan requirements with vendors
2- Confirm material arrivals weekly, monitor local vendor supplies
3- Control CKD and 3rd Source parts to meet production targets
