Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Efficient resource utilization through suggesting appropriate improvement opportunities in the production process.
- Gather & Analyze different Plant Operational data such as Change Overs, Process Wastages either Packaging Material, Tea, Consumables, Machine’s Breakdown etc.
- In-Depth statistical Process Control Analysis & Implementation of GMP tools.
- To provide support to the plant operational team in implementing new ideas and changes.
- Analyze troubleshoot equipment failures, hardware problems, and data storage difficulties that may lead to defects or useless data.
- Proactively monitor ongoing production processes, document unexpected slowdowns and wastes, and identify bottlenecks.
- Provide analytical reports to operations managers and production teams, identifying opportunities to increase production and volume.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- B.S Industrial Engineering
- 3~4 Year Working Experience preferably in FMCG company
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced computing skills, especially in Excel for data manipulation.
