Full-time on-site position for a Production Shift Supervisor at Esquare Services – Trusted HR Partner. Responsibilities include overseeing daily production tasks, creating schedules, managing communication between teams, and ensuring production targets and quality goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Supervisory Skills, Production Management
- Experience in production scheduling and planning
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Must have DAE Mechanical or relevant Mechanical Degree
