Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead operations at our oxygen production plants. This role is vital for ensuring safe and efficient production processes. Key responsibilities include managing staff, enforcing compliance with safety protocols, coordinating maintenance activities, and guaranteeing that both plants meet production, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless oxygen production.
- Lead and support a team of operators and technicians.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor and maintain production quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate timely maintenance of all plant equipment.
