Job Description
Description
- Coordinate with Vocational Teachers, TCF Principals, and Region/Area Teams for timely programme implementation;
- Act as a liaison with partner institutes for seamless project delivery.
Programme Monitoring and Reporting
- Ensure timely data collection for Trainee/Apprentice Registration & Monitoring Forms;
- Review, analyze trends, and conduct center monitoring visits;
- Gather feedback and assist in program design improvements.
Marketing and Communications
- Identify and vet success stories;
- Coordinate photography and filming with TCF Marketing Dept and volunteers.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Run program operations with strong coordination;
- Skilled in MS Word & Excel and data analysis;
- Experience in TVET projects is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Independent worker, team player, and effective communicator;
- Meet deadlines under pressure and represent CDU at events.
Education
Bachelors in Social Sciences or Economics
Experience
2+ years of operations, coordination, and communications experience required.
