Job Description

Description

  • Coordinate with Vocational Teachers, TCF Principals, and Region/Area Teams for timely programme implementation;
  • Act as a liaison with partner institutes for seamless project delivery.

Programme Monitoring and Reporting

  • Ensure timely data collection for Trainee/Apprentice Registration & Monitoring Forms;
  • Review, analyze trends, and conduct center monitoring visits;
  • Gather feedback and assist in program design improvements.

Marketing and Communications

  • Identify and vet success stories;
  • Coordinate photography and filming with TCF Marketing Dept and volunteers.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

  • Run program operations with strong coordination;
  • Skilled in MS Word & Excel and data analysis;
  • Experience in TVET projects is an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Independent worker, team player, and effective communicator;
  • Meet deadlines under pressure and represent CDU at events.

Education

Bachelors in Social Sciences or Economics

Experience

2+ years of operations, coordination, and communications experience required.
