Job Description
We are seeking a Program Management Officer to lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development programs. The role requires ensuring timely delivery, compliance with donor requirements, and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Responsibilities: Coordinate project activities; manage schedules and budgets; monitor progress and prepare reports; ensure compliance; liaise with partners and stakeholders.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years of program or project management experience; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
