Overview:
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for leading and managing complex technical projects and programs within Codup. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technical programs, collaborate with teams, monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 10+ years of program management experience, strong knowledge of software development life cycles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools.
