Job Description
We are currently seeking a Program Manager – PMO to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within our organization’s Project Management Office (PMO). You will be the key driver in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, adhering to defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and closure
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and governance
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a PMO
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification is a plus
