Job Description
WE ARE HIRING
Project officer based in Lahore
We are seeking a dedicated Project officer to join our team at Interactive Resource Centre, a civil society organization specializing in art-based development tools for the self-empowerment of marginalized communities within Pakistan. The Project officer will assist in managing advocacy and awareness projects focused on human rights issues, with a particular emphasis on youth, women, and religious minorities.

Tasks:
- Help the execution of advocacy and awareness projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Prepare timely and comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of grant proposals with the IRC team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as international development, management sciences, social sciences, or human rights.
- Experience of at least 1 year in project management, preferably within the development sector (NGOs and think tanks)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Urdu, both written and spoken.
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites within Pakistan.
Salary Package: Between 90 to 110k but will vary depending on the skill set and experience of the applicant
