Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator for Programme Development. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute program strategies
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential program opportunities
  • Create and manage program budgets
  • Monitor program performance and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Identify and manage program risks
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as partners and donors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in program coordination or project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
