Job Description
Ibex, on behalf of a global client, is in search of a Project Accountant (Onboarding) to join their team. The key responsibilities of this role include job onboarding/setup, supporting project managers in budget setup, budget maintenance, and ensuring policy adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Job onboarding/setup
- Support project managers in setting up project budgets in Yardi Job Cost module
- Process budget revisions in Yardi Job Cost with policy adherence focus
- Review and validate project setup documentation
- Collaborate with project accountants for budget maintenance
- Track budget levels in Yardi Job Cost for project execution and reporting
- Advise managers on budget commitments
- Investigate discrepancies between job setup and company policy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts & Finance
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in EST time zone
