Job Description
A Project Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative aspects of a project, ensuring its smooth execution and completion. They work closely with project managers and team members to maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and track expenses.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Procure and manage project resources, including equipment and supplies
- Monitor project expenses and prepare budget reports
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
