Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project Administrator Support to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our project managers, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating project timelines, organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes, communicating project updates to the team, and maintaining project documentation. You will also be responsible for assisting with budget tracking, expense management, and invoice processing.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational and communication skills. You should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable with handling multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software are also required.
