Job Description
HRSG is looking for a Project Analyst for one of its clients in Karachi:
Location: Karachi
Industry: NGO
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure the impact and success of our various programs.
- Developing and administering surveys, interviews, and focus groups to collect data and gather insights from visitors, stakeholders, and staff members.
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare monthly M&E report, summarizing project progress, achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Liaise with relevant departments including IT to ensure the integrity of MIS that is used in monitoring & and evaluating projects and processes.
- Continuously conduct peer-reviewed level research to stay on top of best practices used in science centers for monitoring & and evaluation of projects and processes.
- Writing reports, proposals, position papers, and so on.
- Supporting the planning and implementation of new programs and exhibitions by providing evaluation expertise.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Master’s in Social Sciences/Statistics/Economics with 4-5 years of relevant experience is required.
– Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Attention to detail.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong presentation skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency in business intelligence tools like ‘Microsoft Power Bl’
Salary: PKR 150K plus other benefits
