Job Description
- To collaborate with the President to plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close projects across various departments within the company
- To develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- To coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items
- To facilitate clear and timely communication between the President, project team members, and stakeholders
- To collaborate with department heads and team leaders to allocate and coordinate resources
- To engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates
- To act as a point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations
- To provide administrative support to the President and assist in document preparation
- Supervision of Click-up tool
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years of Project Management and Digital Marketing experience with Computer Sciences background
