Job Description
Department: Maternal and Child Health
Grade: Senior Officer
Reporting To: Project Manager
Employment Type: Full Time (Contractual)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Job Purpose: The Program Associate will assist the Project Manager in research analysis, project documentation maintenance, and field visits.
Responsibilities:
- Support project implementation in Sindh districts
- Conduct field visits and ensure protocol adherence
- Develop project reports and respond to queries
- Analyze data through statistical methods and present insights
- Share data insights and anomalies
- Document key project activities and develop reports
- Establish relationships with health staff
- Prepare presentation slides
- Communicate with field coordinator
- Other assigned responsibilities
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year research experience
Required Skills: Self-motivated, organized, proactive, ready for local travel
