Functional Responsibilities
- Developing project plans and timelines
- Tracking project milestones and deadlines
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating resources
- Creating and delivering presentations
- Providing assistance and guidance to project managers
- Ensuring project deliverables are met
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Assessing project risks, and making recommendations to minimize them
- Assisting with budget tracking and resource management
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to the project team
- Managing changes to the project plan
- Helping to resolve any project issues
- Identifying and executing process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
Good To Have
- Professional project management certification
- Experience managing projects in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with project management software tools
Must Have
- Experience managing projects in cross-functional teams
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Proficiency with project management software tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
